AVAILABILTY:

Due to the uniqueness of our product selections, we may carry a very limited supply of a few of our items. If for some reason you have selected an item that has just gone out of stock, we will do everything we can to get the product to you in a timely manner from our vendor. You will be contacted immediately should this situation occur. We also plan on finding new and exciting products on a regular basis so be sure to check back often.

  Please feel free to email us with any questions regarding your order, product information, new vendor information, or anything else we can help you with. We are committed to offering our customers exceptional customer service, so please let us know if you need anything! We also encourage our customers to write us a note about your shopping experiences and the products you receive.

ORDERS ARE PROCESSED AS SOON AS YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND CANNOT BE CANCELLED AFTER 3 HOURS OF PLACING ORDER.

We ship UPS and  UPSP 

At this time we only ship to United States addresses.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Custom made and personalized items are not returnable.
Please return items within 10 days of original postmark date for a full refund, or for a store credit or exchange within 30 days, less the shipping costs. 

 

Shipping costs associated with free or discounted shipping may apply to returned items.
Shipping fees are non refundable.
All sale items are final.
All sales are final after 10 days.
Please allow 30 days for processing of returns. If you have not received a refund or credit within that time please feel free to contact us.

 Return process:

1. To return an item, circle the item on the packing slip you are returning. Note your reason for return.

2. Indicate if you prefer a credit or exchange. If exchanging, let us know what you would like by noting the name, color, size and quantity.

3. If shipping address has changed, please include the proper address.

4. Pack and seal return securely and include packing skip. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items being shipped back to us, so please insure accordingly. All packages must be prepaid - we cannot accept C.O.D.'s
